Do You Get A Cold Shoulder From Your Phone Company?

The ma and pa services the phone companies used to try and maintain in the earlier stages of this telecommuting era has taken a different turn. Are they getting overwhelmed by the demands?

  3. Several changes sticks out.

    1. Everything is robotic. No more human voices.
    2. The billing statements are monstrous.
    3. When you go to a phone center to buy the latest and while walking out the door, you turn around and the building is gone.
