Do You Get A Cold Shoulder From Your Phone Company?
The ma and pa services the phone companies used to try and maintain in the earlier stages of this telecommuting era has taken a different turn. Are they getting overwhelmed by the demands?
1. Everything is robotic. No more human voices. 2. The billing statements are monstrous. 3. When you go to a phone center to buy the latest and while walking out the door, you turn around and the building is gone.

I believe good intentions are there but we are really out here on our own with these gadgets.
