In the earlier stages of the composition systems being designed to move the newspaper business closer to a hands-off-operation known at the time as pagination, there was a function called "handshake". It allowed contents and elements that were part of a certain page to be brought together to finalize the layout. I hope I'm recalling this right. It was exciting times then.
I'm presently involved in several projects:
• The KeyPad Kid Project
• KPK Coloring Book
• Consultanting student journalists
• Barrington Cultural Arts Center (Board
Member)
• Youth Communication Chicago ( Board
Member)
• Working on several exhibitions
• Compiling an update of the:
Compu-toon Collection Book
They are if you use the handshake function a lot.
